Short description of the newsletters

• The weekly newsletters with up-to-date developments relating to eggs and egg products report on:

  • announcement of national and intra-Community regulations and directives, laws and Council decisions
  • national and intra-Community regulations, directives and laws;
  • collected texts of regulations and directives on food law and hygiene, the law on animal epidemics, packaging and environmental regulations etc.
  • publication of market regulation, tariffs and refunds
  • announcement relating to import licenses and special EU and GATT regulations as well as to the effects of the WTO agreement on the egg market.
